I purchased my bike at the end of the summer and I could not be happier!

I have received great delivery services, great customer service and the bike is phenomenal. I searched for a 29 inch e-bike and this is the only one I could find. I am a shorter person but I like the bigger wheels and I must say this bike fits me like a glove. It has a smaller frame but has the 29 inch wheels which make it feel like it is custom made to what I wanted.

Let me start by saying the bike rides like a dream and is of great quality. The pedal assist is awesome (once I figure it out). I had to work with the customer service to get the bike exactly how I wanted the Pedal assists to work and they stuck with me through the whole process. It comes with tools, quality seat and what little set up right out of the box was super easy. I have been riding it every day for a month and I use the pedal assists for “big” up hills and when and if I am riding into the wind and my battery is still on the first charge.

I cannot say enough good stuff about this bike. I wanted to buy a second bike for my wife but the 29 inch is too big for her so I had to buy something different and believe me, the cost was way more the E-Bycco and the E-Bycco quality is on the same level if not better.

I love this bike and would highly recommend it for anyone. You will be very happy!!
