The EB9 is really the bike I've been looking for. I'm attracted by its appearance. It looks very majestic and powerful. It's a powerful motorcycle. I've been riding it for 3 weeks. I live in the mountains and the road conditions are not very good, but its climbing ability surprised me. For a 190-pound person like me, climbing steep hills is not a problem at all. The speed is very fast. The range is slightly lower than what they actually advertise, but I understand because I mainly ride on rugged mountain roads. I like this bike and my wife plans to buy an Eb7pro.

Alright, so I've already purchased an Ebycco bicycle. It was the 750w rear motor model with dual disc brakes, costing around a thousand dollars with a discount of about 150 Euro, roughly a year and a half ago. I absolutely love that bike; it's fantastic, a 29-inch model. I saw this one-EB9, and I noticed another company made a similar one, but it was a thousand of euros more expensive. So, I took a risk and this thing is brilliant. The acceleration isn't that impressive, but that's alright; once you start pedalling, it takes off like a bat out of hell. I do appreciate the ability to switch between single and dual motor modes, but you'll definitely know when you're in dual motor mode as this bike really packs a punch, so be cautious. I'm in love with this bike, I'm very happy with it, and it only took me 35-40 minutes to assemble it by myself. Just watch the YouTube videos, don't be such a wuss.

I ordered an EB9 a few weeks ago. The order came quickly, in about a week. The next weeks (the return period), I tested the bike at my best. Everything was carefully packed, nothing was moving inside the box, and as a result, the bike came without a single scratch on it. Easy 10 minutes assembly, I also let the battery to charge (even though it came already charged to 75%). Take care where you place the charger while charging the battery, as it heats up pretty well. The bike is an absolute gorgeous beast. Very nice looking (from my point of view it`s nicer in real life than the photos), very unique, that attracts a lot of attention. As for the power, the bike is indeed extremely powerful (especially when you use both motors), but also subtle when it needs to be. If you start from 0 km/h, it`s going to deliver power slowly and ascending, so that it won`t trip you over. But if you already have a certain speed and hit the throttle, it`s going to give you all the power associated with the PAS level instantly. The amount of torque is going to succed in climbing almost everything you might encounter. The brakes are great, they don`t need an upgrade. The brake rotors are both 203mm and they help a lot with the braking (they also look cool). The controller is mounter under the seat, so there is no need to be afraid of hitting it, or splashing it. The lights are better than I expected. I didn`t have the need to mount auxiliary lights, even though I rode on trails in pitch black. The suspensions (as you can imagine) are not the best from the market, but they are better than I expected, so that I won`t upgrade them soon. The rear shock is surprisingly comfortable and the front fork it`s also very good at absorbing shocks, even though it`s a little noisy on bumpy roads and terrains. The fenders have a high quality, even though I decided to remove the rear one, because it was also noisy on certain roads. The seat design and position is really really cool and the seat is surprisingly comfortable. I`m planning to ascend it a little (with some nuts), so that I`ll have a better pedaling position. I`m 170cm and 80 kg and this bike surprised me pleasantly with everything it is and has to offer. Let`s hope it`s going to be reliable in time. I recommend it!
As for the customer service, also, unexpectedly great. I talked with the people from EBycco a lot, before I ordered the bike, and after I ordered it. They are extremely fast to reply, will help you with any problem or question that you have. I got the bike with a little faulty throttle (not a big deal, it just wouldn`t always go completely the original positions after pulling it). I told them, attached some proofing videos and they fastly acknowledged and sent me a thumb throttle and grips rightaway, that also came in a week. Summing up, great customer service. Also a 5 star for it.

Although the packaging was a little damaged when it arrived, I still like this e-bike and the internal parts are intact. It was quick to assemble, it goes fast, and the structure of the bike feels solid when I ride it. I purchased an extra battery and the customer service staff gave me a good price. I need an extra battery because I plan to go on a trip on my e-bike.
