Before ordering from the EBycco website, I checked out a lot of reviews on Amazon. Most of them were good, but there were also some that made me a bit concerned. However, I still firmly made the purchase directly from the ebycco official website. After receiving this bike, I don't understand why there were those negative reviews on Amazon, because I'm extremely satisfied with this bike.

This bike is amazing. It has a lot of power and provides a very smooth ride for an all-wheel bike. Whether you're on pavement or dirt, it's incredibly exciting. The only thing you need to know is how to handle it with respect and be aware of those around you. I shopped around many times, trying to figure out which ebike would suit me. As you know, there are a ton of different ebikes out there. But after extensive searches and research, I chose the EB7Pro. And for my second ebike, I picked the EBycco EB10. Both bikes are highly addictive. I ride them every day and whenever I get the chance. Plus, I'm saving hundreds of dollars on gas just by using these bikes. Since getting this bike, I feel like a kid again.

I waited to do the review till I had ridden the bike awhile and after 70 miles it has been too fun. It is extremely fast and is beast that has to be tamed so I would recommend getting comfortable with the bike before trying any trails. This bike is a is high quality and it works perfectly for roads, forests trails, grass, and takes going uphill to a whole new level with the dual motor. The suspension makes riding it into small bumps and grass an absolute breeze to compared to other e-bikes that would otherwise vibrate me past my human limits. I’m about 5’7” and the bike is a perfect size fit for me. Not to mention I can just ride this baby for as long as I want and it will still just have battery. Was everything I could want in an e bike.

I ended up damaging the reinforcement plate of the front tire and after contacting the manufacturer they actually read my issue and helped me figure out that I did not install the front tire properly. They sent pictures to I could see exactly what it should look like and sent me replacement pieces. This blew my expectations away compared to dealing with other customers supports. Very glad this is the e-bike I went with. Thank you

Great bike, great insane torque and speed, ability to toggle motors on and off, good quality build. I live in a fairly small town and I use this to go to the stores and my favorite watering hole all of the time. A lot of our roads are gravel and the fat tires handle them with ease. I don't do too many hills but when I do I turn on the second motor and it has absolutely no issue. Actually, it handles the hills fine with one motor but it's just more fun with two. Assembly was a breeze. Took me about 40 minutes but, I'm slow and I like to take my time.

My favorite watering hole is in an adjacent town which is six miles away. When I get home the battery meter is only down to 97 or 98 percent. It's probably way more than I needed but it's such a joy to ride that I don't regret the purchase at all. BTW, I almost never peddle. I thought I might but I just don't. It turns a lot of heads and I get compliments pretty much every time I ride it. Get one. Enjoy it. You won't regret it.

Has great power going up hills. Has nice shocks for mountain trail biking. The battery lasts a long time for at least 30 miles.

This is a great bike and so much fun. I had an issue with the rear suspension but the customer service department quickly responded and resolved issue. Im very confident in the quality and know that I have support if theres any issues. Would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Very easy to install works great

I have 2 different bikes. The EB9 is my favorite. At 62 years old and 5'7" It fits me perfect. I ride the beach everyday. Love it.

My bike arrived approximately five days after it was ordered. It was easy to track the progress of the shipment. After about 45 minutes I had to bike assembled, and it was ready to ride a good value for the money with quality construction and ease of operation.

I just recently purchased and received the E-Bycco 29inch Electric Bike. The shipment arrived early and the packaging was professional, there was no damage. Installation went smoothly using the instruction manual provided and the video provided. All necessary tools were provided and worked properly. The installation was short, approximately 45 minutes and done with ease and little experience with bikes. The bike looks very solid and has good lines, it looks bad-ass. The seat is super comfortable and the shocks have good travel when unlocked. The programming is very easy to follow as they provide detailed step by step instructions for any adjustments you may want to make to the display unit. Comes with a nifty phone holder and charger, super helpful with directions on a long ride! After hours of research I found this bike to have the best specs at the best price. Delivery and installation went amazingly easy, time to try it out!

Got it fast. Motor wire cut and front rim bent. Told seller and they took care of it fast. Got a new rim /tire and the wire harness with a video to assist in 5 days. The seller has taken care of the situation fast and friendly. Bike looks great and heavy frame. After all the snow goes away Ill fix it and start riding. Thanks EBycco.

The new tube was good no problems

Love how easy the bike is to assemble, adjust and ride. This brand is awesome. The bike may weigh 55lb but is moves smoothly when walking it and it goes when you want. If you are in a cold area you should store the ebike indoors so that temp changes don't damage tires, and motor... I recommend this ebike.

I highly recommend this bike. Im 62 and 185 lbs, so I needed something big and comfortable. I havent needed to go past the second power level so far, even in some pretty hilly terrain. Battery seems to last a very long time and the range is great. 10 or 20 mile trips dont really use much of the battery charge. Assembly was very easy, and they provided the tools. The user manual is very well written. No negatives at all.

Bike is awesome, easy assembly by myself. Build quality was solid. Ive used for two weeks for my main transportation and its doing fine. Many trips to store back and forth without needing charge. Really impressed.
