This makes my eighth E bike in six years. I started with a 48V bike that could achieve 24 mph with the limiter unplugged. As I grew more comfortable, I started adding faster and faster bikes. They are super easy to resell on Facebook marketplace. At least I’ve never had an issue. My last bike hit 35 mph top speed and I was ready to try something a little more spicy. After reading all of the reviews and watching tons of YouTube videos, the E-by o kept coming up over and over again. Frankly, it’s the only bike in this price range that I’ve seen exceed 40 miles an hour. I took a shot on buying one of the refurbished bikes as the $300 savings was really hard to pass up. I am so glad that I did. The only defect I could find on the entire bike was a broken phone mount and some scratches on the rear fender. As soon as I emailed customer service, a new phone mount was dispatched. I can’t thank them enough. The bike is super easy to assemble. And the performance is as advertised. I was able to hit over 43 miles an hour on a flat surface. The bike handles super predictively and is easy to ride. The front shocks and mid mount frame shock make the ride very compliant. I still added a son to her NEC seat shock and now the ride is perfection! I also added an adjustable riser to move the handlebars back to a better riding position for me. Mine came with Logan 180 mm rotor hydraulic brakes. This bike will stop on a dime. Plenty of brakes, which is a good thing for a bike that does over 40 miles an hour. Headlight is super bright with long range and you will never outdrive it’s range. The tail light which becomes brighter under breaking is a nice safety touch. The ability to turn the front motor on and off is nice. And the cadence sensor works perfectly under all PAS settings. I’ve only been able to ride the bike for five days due to rainy weather. But I’ve been logging 10 to 15 miles with each drive. It appears that in lower PAS settings and some moderate peddling you could easily see 60 to 70 miles on a charge under single motor call me super impressed. And incredible customer service post sale makes me extremely pleased with this purchase.

Can you believe this bike of mine has been refurbished? It's such a pleasant surprise! I think it looks brand new; it only has a few minor scratches that I can completely ignore. When I contacted ebycco customer service, I learned that the bike was simply returned to the customer en route because he no longer wanted it. I feel like I really got a great deal. I've been riding it for a week now, and its speed, climbing ability, battery life, etc., are all excellent. My top speed reached 45.3 MPH.
