We bought this bike for our daughter for her birthday and even though it was cold she loved it the few times she went out on it! So much so that her brother wants one now too! The bike has performed better than I expected and you can tell it is great quality too and she can ride through rough terrain with ease. The customer service has also been great and our rep, Elvis, has been so helpful in checking on us to make sure everything is still good! Great product and fun bike. Great job guys!

My bike was damaged in shipping and Harper from the EBYCCO team adressed all the issues.The communication was prompt and hassle free. I love my EB7 Pro Ebike, the full suspension smooths out the bumps and the duel motor realy helps in steep and difficult terain.
Can't wait to get out on it this weekend!

I am an 83 YO ex dirt biker. I've owned 2 conventional MTBs many years ago also. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my recent purchase. Being able to double the traction and PAS at the push of the red button is great for this tired and weakening body! However, the button is a bit clumsy to reach and the +/- button could be easier also.

I wound up removing the left grip and rearranging those controls with the +/- button hanging a little over the grip and facing rearward where it could be reached with minimal movement of the thumb to quickly and or subtract PAS level. Next was the front wheel red button which can now be quickly reached without moving fingers from the grip. Next was the light and horn facing where they would be less likely to be bumped accidentally which has happened.

That's about it. I am very happy that the battery is lasting better than suspected. I am pedaling more than I had expected just by choice and expect that to increase my level of fitness.

I can not think of anything I dislike about the bike other than what I have already mentioned.

I should also mention that the minimal interface with support has been outstanding..

This dual motor bike is the bomb! I picked it up for my wife to celebrate our anniversary and she's been having a blast on it. The quality is second to none and it was a breeze to put together. It's perfect for tooling around our sprawling property. The front-wheel drive is a huge hit. I'm already thinking about adding another one to our collection. Overall, we're over the moon with it. It fits us perfectly and rides like a dream. We're huge fans of this electric bike brand now. It's a finely-tuned machine and a great way to get some exercise with the pedal assist.

Before ordering from the EBycco website, I checked out a lot of reviews on Amazon. Most of them were good, but there were also some that made me a bit concerned. However, I still firmly made the purchase directly from the ebycco official website. After receiving this bike, I don't understand why there were those negative reviews on Amazon, because I'm extremely satisfied with this bike.

This bike is amazing. It has a lot of power and provides a very smooth ride for an all-wheel bike. Whether you're on pavement or dirt, it's incredibly exciting. The only thing you need to know is how to handle it with respect and be aware of those around you. I shopped around many times, trying to figure out which ebike would suit me. As you know, there are a ton of different ebikes out there. But after extensive searches and research, I chose the EB7Pro. And for my second ebike, I picked the EBycco EB10. Both bikes are highly addictive. I ride them every day and whenever I get the chance. Plus, I'm saving hundreds of dollars on gas just by using these bikes. Since getting this bike, I feel like a kid again.
