Once we confirm that the packaging is OK, we will send you the return label. You need to print it out and stick it on the outer packaging of the bicycle. In addition, the logistics company's staff will pick up the item at your door at the time you agreed.

We will verify within 24 hours after receiving the package and notify you whether it is approved. If approved, you will receive a refund via the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund, and the refund will generally appear on your bill within 24 hours.

(3)If the customer needs to return the bike for personal reasons, such as not liking it, not wanting it, or placing the wrong order, the bike has already been shipped, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs. The average shipping cost for a bike is about $150.
(4)The customer claims that the bike is defective, and after returning it, the E·Bycco quality control department tests it and finds it in good condition. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
(5)Change of address: After the bike has been shipped, the customer needs to change the address, and the customer needs to pay a service fee of $50.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or receive the wrong goods, please contact us immediately, and provide us with your order number, pictures or videos of damaged parts for us to better judge, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. If the bike received is damaged due to transportation, please provide a photo of the damaged parts. After verification, we will send new parts for a replacement for free.
Exchange
We accept free exchanges for production defective item within 15 days. If you apply for an exchange due to product quality, please provide relevant photos or videos, and we will process your exchange request after verification.
Replacement services will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Service is requested more than 30 business days after receiving the product.
- Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Products sent for replacement do not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or if they contain items damaged due to user error.
- A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by E·Bycco.
- Any faults or damages to the product are caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- Evidence of tampering or alteration, such as altered product labels, serial numbers, or watermarks.
- Damages caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning strikes.
- Failure to return the product to E·Bycco within 7 business days after the replacement has been confirmed by E·Bycco.
- Inability to provide evidence of damage during transportation or images/videos showing the machine’s malfunction.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
