Order Policy
All orders are processed between 8am and 5pm EST. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday – Friday, typically ship same day. Items ordered together may ship separately, unless requested otherwise. Shipping prices, methods, policies, times and availability are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Transportation Cost And Time
We ship the bike from City of Industry, CA（US）and Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland (Europe) , with free shipping and no customs duty. The bike will be delivered 3-7 business days after placing the order, and the specific delivery time depends on the distance between your receiving address and the shipping warehouse address.

The order is shipped within 2 working day. No delivery will be arranged on weekends. If the product is out of stock, it is expected that the inventory will be restored in about one month. Usually out of stock, we can check it on the website. If it is due to particular circumstances, we will send you an email to inform you of the out-of-stock situation.

Pickup process:
Step 1. After you place a self-pickup order, please contact us to confirm the pick-up location and inform us of your pick-up time.
Step 2. We need to confirm the product with the warehouse, and after we prepare the pick-up form, we will send it to you. When you go to pick up the goods, please be sure to bring the pick-up form.
Please note that for self-pickup orders, the electric bicycle you ordered is not a complete one, and you still need to assemble it yourself. Please do not go there casually to avoid running empty.
Verification
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed soon. You will receive email notifications about the progress of your order, including tracking numbers or any other questions.
Cancellation Policy
E·Bycco fills most orders the day they are placed. Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee an order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return following the policy listed below. Please also refer to “Return & Refund Policy”
