After 2000 miles, I popped a spoke in the rear rim of my EB8 while travelling 22mph on some very smooth surface. Instead of contacting the E-Bycco company, I went on Amazon to find a low-cost deal only to pay for the wrong item -- far from fitting my EB8. After wasting about 2 weeks, I contacted the E-Bycco company and obviously got the right parts within 7 working days. It cost a few more dollars, but it was well worth it. Thanks, E-Bycco company!
