Possible Causes & Solution:

1. E-bikes don't lift the speed limit

Solution: Change the display's "P06" and "P08" Settings to lift the speed limit.

Step-1: Please press and hold the top ⬆️and the bottom⬇️ buttons at the same time to adjust to the "P01" page.

Step-2: Press the "M" Ⓜ️ button 5 times and 7 times respectively to adjust to the "P06" and "P08" pages. 

Note: Set the “P06” and "P08" value according to the corresponding ebike & display model, the only difference is the setting of the wheel diameter of "P06", "P08" should be set to "100".

2. Insufficient battery power.

Solution：Fully Charge the battery.

Note:The fastest speed of an electric bicycle is also related to the rider's weight, riding environment, and tire pressure.

3. Loose or damaged PAS booster

Solution: Check the connection cables of the booster and confirm with our service team if the booster needs to be replaced.
