Aside from the handling during shipping and some packaging issues, the bicycle arrived in perfect condition, and its functions are exactly as advertised! At 68 inches tall, this bike is a perfect fit for me! Weighing 160 pounds, the torque is strong enough to handle even hilly and steep roads with ease. It looks even better in person than in photos! The advertising photos don't truly capture the bike's excellent build quality and component quality. Yes, it's an economy bike, but for this price, its performance is absolutely excellent value, and the ride is comfortable!

This is my first E-bike purchase. Everything works as depicted. I have only gone 26.5 miles and am on 3 bars on the battery so not sure how far can go. I ran over a nail and had to order spare tubes, patch kit , pump ect. Plenty of power to pull me up steep hills using duel motors. I love this bike. It makes biking easy with pedal assist. Should have purchased years ago.

Bought my eb10 2 yrs ago..I ride it daily when over 70degrees,have recently bought another one an eb7pro no difference as far as I can see,,highly recommend these bikes,,,excellent customer service

The packaging was exquisite and very secure. Customer service was also excellent—I called to order a bicycle, and the representative asked for some basic information and recommended several models that better suited my needs. Now it's my good friend, and I often take it fishing. It also looks very cool; I really love it.

Bike is kick ass with dual motors, it's even awesome with just the single motor, I wish it was dual battery and had more range but you can get an extra battery for around $300. Definitely worth the loot I spent on it. Pro tip: don't let your friends borrow it because it's not there's and they don't give a flying E-bike f**k if they tear it up or not! It'll do 45 mph like it says and 35 mph with the single motor. Brakes squeak but hopefully that'll quit with use if not it's cool they don't make that much noise. I definitely recommend and am satisfied with my purchase.
