I'm so glad I ordered this bike. I looked at several before purchasing it. It comes in a large and secure box. You may need help to properly remove the bike from the packaging, but it is secured and packaged very well. The video provided to help guide minor installations is priceless! This bike is sturdy and well made. I've ridden it for about 30 miles and the battery is still over 90%. It's fast and responsive, and the controls are easy to use. The seat is wide and comfortable. It handles all terrains with ease. The hydraulic brakes are top notch and reliable. The customer service is prompt and professional, I was missing a fender bolt and they sent it over without hesitation and even asked if there was anything else they could help with. Top notch product and support!

My wife got me this e-bike as a birthday gift, we had some time with ebycco and it arrived before my birthday. I wanted to ride it for a bit before writing a review. We just got back from a trip to the Red River Gorge in Kentucky and I rode the bike until it ran out of battery to see how long the battery would last in hilly/mountainous terrain. The answer is about 87 miles. I'm 5'10" and 210 lbs and I had a blast riding this bike. I rode it 60 miles last weekend and had no issues. I like the adjustable seat. Wish they would come with a mirror. I think I'll buy one to put on the handlebars. I'm also thinking of buying a bag to put on the rear rack for more travel convenience. I've ridden this bike on paved, concrete, gravel, and dirt roads with no issues at all. Love the wide tires and the fact that I can ride down the trails without worrying about my bike if I can. We'll be posting e-bike videos on our YouTube channel talking about our trips and showing how great these bikes are. My wife loves them too. We are actually planning a longer trip and thinking of buying a spare battery so we can extend the days and miles of riding. These bikes are comfortable enough for a few days of riding without any issues. Overall, well made. Sturdy. Safe. Fun to ride with plenty of power to get you up big hills. Nice bright headlight. Shimano gears shift smoothly. In closing, I would say if you are on the fence about buying, buy it. It is a great bike and a lot of fun. We are in our 50s and are riding our bikes more now than ever before. Buy a bike. Get out there. Enjoy the beauty of nature.

I purchased the eb7pro in late November 2024. Since then I have put 2000 miles on it. I purchased it as part of a weight loss plan and it has been very satisfying to see the results.
I ride 100 miles per week (20 miles per day on weekdays). This is the perfect bike to start with. I have been able to adjust the amount of assist I need as I have lost weight and gained strength. 60+ pounds down and counting. I still look forward to riding this bike every day. When I get to the weekends I ride it on the endless sandy roads.

The only issue I have is that the top speed is only 43MPH. But this is not a big deal because 43MPH is plenty fast enough for me. They advertise a top speed range of 40-45. I asked their customer service and they told me that the top speed is related to battery level, temperature, road conditions, and load. Oh, and I also bought a replacement battery.

If you are deciding if this is the bike for you, don't wait any longer. This is the best purchase I have ever made.

After doing a lot of research on e-bikes, I chose the EBYCCO EB7PRO bike. It has all the latest e-bike hardware from Samsung and Shimano. It pedals like a bicycle and has plenty of power when I need to climb hills. The riding position is comfortable and the seat is great. I rode a lot of time without assist and got about 50 miles of battery life with 40% remaining. I really like the amazing range.

I have no dislike about it.It's pretty good bike built pretty good. A goodbike for the price easy to assemble.
