The bike looks great, but I expected more power and speed.

I contacted the ebycco team before ordering to verify the bike's condition, and they were incredibly transparent throughout the process. They assured me I'd receive a nearly new bike, and they delivered exactly as promised!
The bike arrived in pristine working condition - all electrical components (motor, battery, display) function perfectly, and it's clear the bike was never actually used. The only sign of being pre-owned is some minor scuffs on the frame (barely noticeable), which is completely expected for the amazing price point.
