You might have got my order 14 days ago but I just received my motor today and I have to machine a bracket down for the disk brakes because the tooling for the motor is a little different. When the motor you sent I regionally wouldn't fit no one there said "hey, $5 more and get the motor and rim. I had to find out it was possible by searching multiple sites. Very disappointed with this message and it all started because I took the original rim to be tried, told them to change axle bearing and they said it's non serviceable. A week later it went out and my motor got ate. The bearing was o m e dollar and now I am 400 into a 40 dollar trueing session. Go ahead ask me again

I ordered this motor to replace my bikes motor because I needed this immediately. My vehicle has been in a repair shop and I had to get to and from work. The bike was my only option. I have been written up twice at work for not being able to make it on time and am in fear of losing my job. If I’d have known there was going to be such ong of a delay. I would have used my money to buy a new bike in working condition. Perhaps from E-Bycco but after this experience, I am very displeased with the transaction and considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Before writing this survey, I checked fed-ex tracking and STILL DONT HAVE A DELIVERY DATE. Contact me if the company is going to make this right some sort of way. Vince

Arrived on time

Still can’t get the bike working. There were definitely two wires broken in the motor as a result of the crash. Have replaced the motor, no problem but the rear wheel still does not run. There must be another problem somewhere in the electrical system. Will keep looking.
