PROMPT RESPONSES TO ISSUE, ABLE TO HELP LOCATE ISSUE AND RESOLVE WITH CORRECT PART, PART ARRIVED IN EXCELLENT TIME

I ordered this motor to replace my bikes motor because I needed this immediately. My vehicle has been in a repair shop and I had to get to and from work. The bike was my only option. I have been written up twice at work for not being able to make it on time and am in fear of losing my job. If I’d have known there was going to be such ong of a delay. I would have used my money to buy a new bike in working condition. Perhaps from E-Bycco but after this experience, I am very displeased with the transaction and considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Before writing this survey, I checked fed-ex tracking and STILL DONT HAVE A DELIVERY DATE. Contact me if the company is going to make this right some sort of way. Vince

Arrived on time

Still can’t get the bike working. There were definitely two wires broken in the motor as a result of the crash. Have replaced the motor, no problem but the rear wheel still does not run. There must be another problem somewhere in the electrical system. Will keep looking.
