Please note the following when purchasing motors:
1. EBYCCO motors are only compatible with EBYCCO e-bikes and cannot be used with other brands of bicycles. Returns are not accepted if the motor is intended for use with other brands.
2. Please select the appropriate motor core based on your bicycle model. If you are unsure which motor to purchase, please contact our customer support team.
3. Images are for reference only. We will send the actual motor core based on your selected model. As motor cores are custom-made products, if a return is due to an incorrect order, the buyer will be responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping costs.
4. The power rating before the option usually describes the peak power. For example, if the motor is rated 3000W rear motor for EB10, then the total power is 6000W.
5. You would be better off sending the code of the motor you ordered to customer service at ebyccoservice@gmail.com. (As shown in the picture below)
