I haven't ridden a bike for a long time, and I was worried that climbing hills would be too tiring. However, the EB7PRO has completely changed my mind. The dual motors at the front and rear provide very natural power assistance, and there is noticeable power assistance with every pedal stroke. The official specs claim a torque of 110Nm, which is simply amazing! I can easily ride up the 10 steep hills near my home, and the battery life is also very good. I have ridden 87 miles on a full charge and it still has some power left - the experience is even better than when I was younger!

24" EB7PRO 5000W 52v 30AH. Max top speed of 39mph going steep downhill (speed limit is set to 62mph). First ride using dual motors the whole time it only went 12 miles on full charge (18psi in tires I'm 265lbs). Out the box my front suspension has a front to back wobble/clunk when you apply the brakes. My front brake rotor grinds loudly but gently against the caliper bracket, even after adjusting it all the way out (I may need to grind it down to fix). Front tire is mounted backwards on the rim... Thought I was missing hardware for the front wheel (only got 1 smooth silver washer for the front tire), instructions were unclear, got it to work using only the silver washers with "raised pattern" or "key" on the inside of the fork, I didn't use the smooth silver washers at all. Then the black washers on outside of fork then the axle nut. Front fender and headlight could use better, more clear installation instructions. Headlight is very bright, bike has lots of power, brakes are decent, I only have 12 miles on it so far, we'll see if it holds up. Rear fender gets caught/jammed up on the controller box when suspension moves, other brands have shorter rear fender I've seen (I'll probably have to cut mine shorter).Turning sharp and pedaling your feet kick the front fender as well. The gearing is perfect, no ghost pedaling at all. So far I'm happy with my purchase. I paid $1,429 for bike and rear luggage bag delivered to my door. I would recommend this bike.

This bike is very powerful and you can ride it very fast, so be careful. I recommend only using one motor on the bike to extend the battery life unless you ride really short distances. So far I am very happy with this bike, it can go up very steep hills, which other bikes can't even do. The only problem with this bike is the brakes, after I installed them, the brake pads seemed to have some rubbing noises on the wheels while riding, they sent me a new set of brake parts and sent me a video of how to replace them, and the problem was solved easily, I love this kind of after-sales service, you guys are awesome. It is a 100 point electric bike.

I'm so glad I ordered this bike. I looked at several before purchasing it. It comes in a large and secure box. You may need help to properly remove the bike from the packaging, but it is secured and packaged very well. The video provided to help guide minor installations is priceless! This bike is sturdy and well made. I've ridden it for about 30 miles and the battery is still over 90%. It's fast and responsive, and the controls are easy to use. The seat is wide and comfortable. It handles all terrains with ease. The hydraulic brakes are top notch and reliable. The customer service is prompt and professional, I was missing a fender bolt and they sent it over without hesitation and even asked if there was anything else they could help with. Top notch product and support!

My wife got me this e-bike as a birthday gift, we had some time with ebycco and it arrived before my birthday. I wanted to ride it for a bit before writing a review. We just got back from a trip to the Red River Gorge in Kentucky and I rode the bike until it ran out of battery to see how long the battery would last in hilly/mountainous terrain. The answer is about 87 miles. I'm 5'10" and 210 lbs and I had a blast riding this bike. I rode it 60 miles last weekend and had no issues. I like the adjustable seat. Wish they would come with a mirror. I think I'll buy one to put on the handlebars. I'm also thinking of buying a bag to put on the rear rack for more travel convenience. I've ridden this bike on paved, concrete, gravel, and dirt roads with no issues at all. Love the wide tires and the fact that I can ride down the trails without worrying about my bike if I can. We'll be posting e-bike videos on our YouTube channel talking about our trips and showing how great these bikes are. My wife loves them too. We are actually planning a longer trip and thinking of buying a spare battery so we can extend the days and miles of riding. These bikes are comfortable enough for a few days of riding without any issues. Overall, well made. Sturdy. Safe. Fun to ride with plenty of power to get you up big hills. Nice bright headlight. Shimano gears shift smoothly. In closing, I would say if you are on the fence about buying, buy it. It is a great bike and a lot of fun. We are in our 50s and are riding our bikes more now than ever before. Buy a bike. Get out there. Enjoy the beauty of nature.
