Very easy to install works great

Part came in three pieces. Was told to put it together. Instructions would be nice! Then sent a video, for what seems to be a common problem. Hope bike experience goes better. It just got here in a busted up box after 16 days.

It's perfect

Great bike, fast coasts up hills no problem not sure about battery life yet I dont think battery lasts that long and they want to many photos that I dont know about in order to get a replacement battery.... but I think replacement will die just as quick I just think battery isn't good enough for the power of the bike..... other than that the bike is great !
