I have had this bike for a couple of months now and have become addicted to it. After years of not being on a bike, I knew I needed one that could get me home if I over-reached myself. The bike handles well, and each ride gets longer and more enjoyable. My last 2 rides covered 53 miles, mostly on PAS 1 & 2, and I still have about 1/3 of the battery life left (while carrying a 260-pound load and charging a video rear view mirror).
And customer service has been amazing (Thanks Harper). I had a couple of questions about adding some accessories that I emailed them with, and they responded quickly and professionally. Follow-up questions were treated the same and we were able to come up with a solution for my request.
Overall, I am entirely happy with this bike and would recommend it to anyone.

I like it.I like it a like it.I like it a lot! This e-bike is affordable and delivers strong performance. The motor's peak power at 1000W is fantastic, giving me plenty of speed when I need it.

Love how easy the bike is to assemble, adjust and ride. This brand is awesome. The bike may weigh 55lb but is moves smoothly when walking it and it goes when you want. If you are in a cold area you should store the ebike indoors so that temp changes don't damage tires, and motor... I recommend this ebike.

Ich lebe in einer ländlichen Gegend, und dieses Fahrrad hilft mir wirklich beim Pendeln. Ich fahre es seit einem Monat fast jeden Tag, und alles hat bisher gut funktioniert. I purchased my bike at the end of the summer and I could not be happier!

I have received great delivery services, great customer service and the bike is phenomenal. I searched for a 29 inch e-bike and this is the only one I could find. I am a shorter person but I like the bigger wheels and I must say this bike fits me like a glove. It has a smaller frame but has the 29 inch wheels which make it feel like it is custom made to what I wanted.

Let me start by saying the bike rides like a dream and is of great quality. The pedal assist is awesome (once I figure it out). I had to work with the customer service to get the bike exactly how I wanted the Pedal assists to work and they stuck with me through the whole process. It comes with tools, quality seat and what little set up right out of the box was super easy. I have been riding it every day for a month and I use the pedal assists for “big” up hills and when and if I am riding into the wind and my battery is still on the first charge.

I cannot say enough good stuff about this bike. I wanted to buy a second bike for my wife but the 29 inch is too big for her so I had to buy something different and believe me, the cost was way more the E-Bycco and the E-Bycco quality is on the same level if not better.

I love this bike and would highly recommend it for anyone. You will be very happy!!
