Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at ebyccous@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Do l need to pay taxes? What payment methods do you accept?

Tax included, Free shiping in US. There is no extra charge.

Do you support cash on delivery or installment payment?

No, we do not support cash on delivery currently, and you can choose PayPal for installment payment. PayPal now offers short-term installment plans for U.S. customer checkouts.

How long is the delivery time? Where do you ship from?

The order will be process in 48 business hours. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. We use FedEx for shipping ebike and battery, USPS/UPS/YunExpress for shipping accessories. 

  • 3-7 working days for bike
  • 15-20 working days for battery
  • 7-10 working days foraccessories

Our warehouses are located in CA and TX in the United States. Free shipping in US. Any delivery dates provided by E·Bycco are estimates.

Note: E-bikes can be shipped to 48 states of the US, cannot be sent to any islands, enclaves (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) outside the lower 48 states of the US.

How do I track my order?

  • For orders placed on our official website, please follow this link:https://ebycco.com/apps/17TRACK. You need to enter the tracking number attached to your order confirmation email to check.
  • For Amazon orders, we use FedEx for shipping, please click the FedEx tracking link:https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html and enter the tracking number of the order to query.

What if my package was lost during the shipment?

Bike&Battery Orders: In order to avoid package loss, EBycco bicycle and battery packages purchased FedEx’s adult signature service. FedEx needs to deliver the package to the buyer's address and ask the buyer to present their ID card or order information to sign for the package.

Accessories Orders: If the package is lost, we will actively contact the logistics to figure out the situation. of the package is lost by carrier, we will send a new one for you.

Can I pick up an e-bike at your warehouse?

Of course you can. We have warehouses in CA and TX. Please confirm with our customer service which bicycle style you want. We will give you the exact warehouse address for pick-up. Generally, you need to inform the warehouse of preparations 1-2 working days in advance. Note that the warehouse is closed on weekends

Note: E·Bycco is working on upgrading bicycle accessories. EB7Pro, E9, E9Plus, and G7 after March 2024 will all use color displays. However, the content of the electric bicycle user manual has not been updated yet. We have included a color display instruction manual in the package to avoid confusion.

Can I exchange an item?

We accept free exchanges for damaged items within 15 days. If you apply for an exchange due to our product quality, please provide relevant photos or videos, and we will process your exchange request after verification.
 
The processing steps are as follows:
  1. Please provide us with your order number.
  2. Please submit relevant photos or videos.
  3. After verification, EBycco Team will send a return instruction to the warehouse
  4. The buyer gets in touch with FedEx or UPS to send the product back
  5. After our warehouses receives the returned product, the seller resends a new bike to the customer

Note: the following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free exchange policy:
    A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
    B) Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
    C) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
    D) Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.

Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If unfortunately you Lost the original package, you must find the same boxes and packaging materials as our original packaging to pack our ebike, and it must be audited before it can be returned. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR 15 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THEM.

 

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via ebyccous@gmail.com. Providing the return is within the 15-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print the return label off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us.

How long does it take to return an item? When can I get my refund?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Generally shipping takes 3-7 working days.

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through the original payment method. Remember, your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail refunds.

Common Ebike Tech Issue (no error codes on the display)

Display Error Codes

There are certain situations in which something has gone wrong on the bike and the LCD shows an error code to you. This guide will let you know what each error code means about your bike. The error codes do not cover everything that can go wrong with the bike, but they do cover quite a few things and you should be aware of their meanings in case they pop up for you.

If your bike encounters the following error code, please contact the EBycco support team at ebyccous@gmail.com and we will respond within 12-24 hours with a solution. 

Please provide the following information when contacting the EBycco team:

  • ✅Order number and bike model
  • Describe the issue you encountered and attach a picture or video of the error code
  • Provide your delivery address and contact number (some parts may require a signature service)

Where is my bike’s serial number

Locate Your Bike’s Serial Number

A bike frame number, also known as a serial number, is a unique identifier.  E·Bycco each electric bike has a one of a kind serial number associated with it. 

  • The serial numbers are located on the head tube or on the bottom axis connecting the pedals.
  • Please locate the serial number on your bike and record it by yourself.

To register your bike serial number, you can follow these steps:

1. Keep your bike's serial number handy: The serial number is typically located on the frame of the bike. It is a unique identifier for your bike.

2. Contact your local police department: Many police departments offer bike registration programs. You can contact them to inquire about their registration process. They may have online forms or registration events where you can provide your bike's information, including the serial number.

3. Use online bike registration services: There are also online platforms and websites that allow you to register your bike's serial number. These services may provide additional features such as theft alerts and recovery assistance.

4. Keep a record of your bike's information: Make sure to keep a record of your bike's serial number, make, model, and any other identifying information. This will be useful in case your bike gets stolen and you need to report it to the authorities.

By registering your bike's serial number, you increase the chances of recovering your bike in case it is lost or stolen.

Do you need an e-bike license?

An electric bike doesn't usually need a license, and no specific federal law covers licensing requirements for eBikes. However, state regulations vary, so the best advice is to check out your local DMV site and double-check the licensing requirements in your region before you shop for an electric bike. Most eBikes do not require insurance, tax, licensing, or registration, but more powerful eBikes might have varying requirements. It's also worth considering where you plan to ride eBikes because local regulations for a bike driven on the streets can differ.

Can I ride in the rain? What is waterproof rating?

E·Bycco electric Bike battery is sealed well enough for the bikes to be safely ridden in light rain. IP65. 
However, it is not recommended to ride them through very heavy downpours, or through flooded streets when the crank and/or the motor can get splashed or even covered with water. It is best to take shelter until the rain eases and the roads are no longer covered with water.

How long do e-bike batteries last?

EBikes come with a range of battery sizes, accessories, and warranty periods, and the life span of the battery will vary with how often you ride, your charging habits, and the maintenance you invest in your new bike.
Typically, ebike batteries will last up to about five years if you store your bike in dry conditions, keep the charging ports clean, and avoid discharging the bike completely. Consistently allowing your bike battery to fully discharge will increase the risk of cell degradation and needing to replace the battery for your eBike much sooner!
