1. 🪫INSUFFICIENT BATTERY LIFE
There are 4 possible reasons for insufficient battery life:
- Insufficient charging time: The charging time required is 8 hours. During winter, it may be necessary to extend the charging time.
- Cold weather: The battery's storage capacity becomes weaker in low temperatures, which can affect the discharge performance of lithium batteries, resulting in incomplete discharge.
- Battery life is also influenced by usage methods: It is recommended to avoid frequent acceleration, braking, starting, and stopping to reduce energy consumption.
- Battery life will naturally wear out with use: Battery naturally wear out is not covered by warranty, if the battery has been used for more than 1 year, please purchase a new one to replace if you need.
- Battery issue: A defective battery causes the battery voltage to drop too quickly and the battery needs to be replaced.
